The Shikon Awards is a community dedicated to evaluating and recognizing those fanfictions that are truly exceptional in the Inuyasha fandom. There are three quarter sessions, and one quarter hiatus session a year. All fanfictions, whether nominated by others or self-nominated, go through a strict judging process by select, screened judges who move by majority to select Best Overall and Runner-Up placements. With these exceptional works, we judges concentrate on well-written, well-characterized, and engaging and creative storylines apparent within these nominated fictions.
If you want to nominate a story, please read the FAQs first, so you know what information we need for a nomination. Then, put your nomination in reply to the appropriate nomination post at our Livejournal community-- select it from the category list linked on the main page. Please read the rules of each carefully.
With two sessions already under our belt, we start our new session January 8, 2008. Look forward for nomination forms at our Livejournal community.
